Settlement Claim Information
As a Third-Party Filer, SafeHold Consulting welcomed new clients for the Visa & Mastercard Payment Card Interchange Fee Settlement and welcomed both existing and new clients for the Discover Merchant Settlement. SafeHold assists clients with claim submissions, documentation, communication, and claim-related support throughout the settlement process.
Clients who wish to check the status of their claim should refer to their Client Dashboard, if available, or to emails from SafeHold Consulting. SafeHold will notify clients of relevant updates, document requests, status changes, and payment information as those updates become available.
Existing clients should check their junk or spam folders and add admin@safeholdconsulting.com and discoverclaims@safeholdconsulting.com to their approved senders list to help ensure they receive SafeHold claim updates.
Asset Recovery
SafeHold Consulting helps clients research, identify, document, and pursue potential funds or assets that may be owed to them. We offer an initial review and research at no charge, whether you already have specific information or need SafeHold to investigate possible recovery opportunities.
If a potential recovery opportunity is found and you choose to move forward, SafeHold works on a contingency basis and only earns when you earn.
